My GIA is a secure portal to the Institute’s web-based services and information and online learning environment. This is where you can access your studies and the Institute 24/7 – all you need is an internet connection.

My GIA allows you to submit assignments, receive instant results, review study guides, and e-mail your instructor. You can also update your account or address information, schedule a final exam, learn more about your instructors, apply for enrollment, and much more. And, this online environment provides you with access to the EBSCO Database, where you can research more than 100 databases and thousands of e-journals and e-books. My GIA also delivers information that’s relevant to you, such as updates about GIA happenings, trade shows, events, and new course offerings.

How do I get there?

What features are available?

You’ll notice that there are a number of features in My GIA. Take some time to check them out – you’ll find that they can make your experience faster, more convenient, and easier to navigate. You can:

What if I am a first-time user of My GIA?

If you are a GIA Distance Education student, you can reach My GIA at https://my.gia.edu/. Your User ID and Password were emailed to you when you registered in a GIA Distance Education course or program. Make sure to enter them exactly as they were provided. User IDs and Passwords are case sensitive.

I’ve forgotten my Password. How do I retrieve it?

Follow the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page of My GIA. This will prompt you to enter a password hint question and the appropriate response. If you forget your password, this question must be answered correctly in order to reset the password.
