The images and all rights therein are owned solely by GIA.   GIA grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce these images solely for non-profit educational uses.  You may crop or resize the applicable images, as may be necessary to fit the particular space, with the understanding that GIA solely owns all intellectual property rights to all such modifications to the image. 

GIA does not grant you the right to the likeness or the right of publicity of any identifiable persons appearing in the images.

Credit must be given in the following manner: “© Gemological Institute of America.” or “© GIA.”

To download an image: select the image desired, right click on the image, and choose Save Picture As.
